Does virtual therapy really work?
Yes! There are many studies that confirm that virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy. As of March 2020, we were solely virtual, and we have seen our clients make remarkable progress. Our confidence in virtual therapy primarily comes from our clients' feedback and testimonials received without stepping foot in a therapy office! For many of our clients, it is cost effective in terms of travel and has the added convenience of being able to contact a therapist anywhere you are located in the State of New Jersey.
How do I prepare for virtual therapy?
The confidentiality and protection of your privacy is just as important in an virtual setting. It is important to prepare for your session by establishing a quiet, private area and having a reliable internet connection.
Where are you located?
We provide services out of our offices in Essex and Hudson County. However, we currently only provide therapy virtually.
