Fees for Services

Williams Therapeutic Solutions, LLC is a private pay and insurance based practice. You have the option to choose to self-pay for your services or go through your insurance. 

We understand that therapy is both an emotional and financial commitment.

If we do not accept your insurance, we are considered an "out-of-network" provider.

Upon your request, we can provide a specialized medical receipt called a "superbill" to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement based on your benefits. Please note, this does not guarantee coverage by your insurance. It is your responsibility to speak with your insurance provider about your available benefits and submit this information to them.

Here are some helpful questions you can ask your insurance provider:

1. Do I have mental health benefits? If so, what are they?

2. Do I have to meet a deductible for coverage to start? If so, how much is my deductible (individual and/or family)? 

3. How many sessions per calendar year are covered? 

4. Can I see a therapist/mental health provider that is out-of-network?

5. How much will my insurance cover per session with an out-of-network provider? 

6. How do I obtain reimbursement for therapy with an out-of-network provider?

7. How long will it take to get reimbursed?

We are strong believers that quality care should be accessible and affordable, and everyone deserves to have access to therapy services. Because of this, we do offer limited sliding scale sessions based on income and need. Please email to inquire.
